Position: Senior Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- To lead and ensure the project is complete on time.
- To develop projects plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
- To provide feedback, advice regarding projects.
- To coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Manage all aspects of projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
- To prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- To develop and manage all aspects of the project from planning, external vendor relationships, communication, resources, budget, change, risk and issues.
- To act as internal trainer by conducting on job training for the department.
The Candidate:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 27 years work experience in Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas industries.
- Familiar with vessels, valves, cylinder heaters, heat exchangers, and reactors.
- Expertise in Project, Construction, HSE, Contract, and Shutdown management.
Client 2: Client is a specialized oil & gas engineering solution provider
Position: Senior Expansion Joint Engineer (Oil & Gas & Power Sector)
This position will be responsible to lead a team together with the Project and Engineering and Fabrication Teams in the development and execution of existing and upcoming company projects, specifically in the Expansion Joint (sometimes also referred to as Expansion Bellows, Hot Connectors or Hot Compensators) design, fabrication and installation segment.
The candidate would ideally have experience in some or most of the areas below:
- Familiar with Fabric based Hot and/or Abrasive Expansion joint systems
- Familiar with most conventional Expansion Joint fabrication systems and materials
- Has experience in managing site installation teams on projects and/or plant turnarounds
The key tasks of the candidate would be:
- Site scoping and understanding the client’s requirements to enable estimation of materials and manpower schedule together with the project team
- Designing and specifying the expansion joint system required by the customer
- Liasing with customers to generate new leads and opportunities on existing customer sites and new sites
- To constantly stretch knowledge base primarily in Fabric Based Expansion Joint technology by understanding the core products and their applications
Requirements:
- At least 5-10 years prior technical/engineering experience in the Oil & Gas or Power sectors in a similar role
- Experienced in dealing with Fabric based expansion joints or bellows is a requirement
Relevant Working Experience of Offered Candidate
