Client M is the Malaysian subsidiary of a European MNC manufacturer. As part of one of the largest companies in the world, Client M needs to close their accounts every month and submit financial reports with SAP back to their European headquarters within 4 days after their accounting cut of date. Client M is understaffed to meet this deadline and their unstrategic location makes it harder for them to retain good accounting staff.
We placed an experienced candidate with ACCA qualification and SAP financial accounting and reporting experience for 4 fixed days every calendar month. We also ensured that the candidate was willing to travel far to work at the client office.
Even as Client M experienced change in key accounting personnel such as their CFO and Finance Manger, our part-time accounting staffing relieved them from much of the SAP financial reporting back to their headquarters every month. At the time of writing this case study, we are still with them for more than 2 years and counting..
