Responsibilities:
• Act as Medical Director overseeing clinical compliance and quality assurance
• Provide professional and safe injectable & aesthetic procedures
• Train and supervise therapists, enhance clinic’s medical standards
• Establish SOPs, complication management protocols, and case audits
• Participate in consultations and conversions with patients
Requirements:
• Fully registered with MMC + valid APC
• Must possess LCP certification (Chapter 1/2/3)
• Skilled in injectables (Botulinum toxin, HA fillers, threads, bio-stimulators)
• Strong aesthetic sense and safety awareness, able to lead a clinical team

Client 2: Client is a Japanese medical device manufacturer
Position Placed: Regulatory Affairs Specialist
Responsibilities:
Maintain GDPMD certification, Establishment License, and related QMS systems in compliance with Malaysian regulations.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes remain inspection-ready.
Maintain product licenses within the MMM territory, in cooperation with HQ in Japan and local distributors in ASEAN countries.
Track license renewal timelines and ensure timely submissions.
Liaise with local distributors, regulatory authorities, and HQ to resolve compliance matters.
Prepare, submit, and manage product registration dossiers with local authorities.
Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 year of hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs of medical device.
Knowledge of ASEAN medical device regulations is an advantage.
Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
High attention to detail with a strong compliance mindset.
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with regulatory and CRM systems.
Client 3: Client is a multinational renal care group
Position Placed: Hemodialysis Nurses in dialysis centres across KL & Selangor
Responsibilities:
Wash, maintain and store all dialysis equipment safely.
Ensure that all supplies, equipment are available for use at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe environment within the dialysis centre.
Participate as a member of the team in carrying out hemodialysis procedures.
Able to perform needling of A-V fistulas, A-V graft for initiating hemodialysis process.
Responsible that all dialysis equipment is safe, complete and fully operational before, during and after each use. Include cleaning dialysis machine surface, work table and dialysis chair with appropriate disinfectant after each use.
Responsible to monitor and record patient’s vital signs during treatment and report any abnormality to staff f in charge.
Assist other staffs and doctors during treatment and examination of patients on treatment.
Perform other duties as assigned by Head Nurse.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
Diploma/ degree in Nursing or equivalent and MUST have Post Basic in Renal
Experience in renal care
Must be able to commit to rotating shifts.
