Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- To expand business activities, products marketability and customer base for the regions / product portfolios assigned.
- To provide after sales services to existing and future clients.
- To be responsible for expediting and ensure all payments are collected from clients within agreed terms.
- Develop sales & tendering strategies for the regions & products range assigned or any other specific business assignments from Management.
- Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ) generating & handling including RFQ processing, assist in proposal preparation & submission, clarifications coordination and participate in negotiation meetings.
- Responsible for Commercial terms review, comments and negotiation to the best interest of the company.
- Strong follow up of the Client, before and after Technical & Commercial proposal submission to ensure very well informed with the competition, Client decision, best approach to win the tender, schedule and any other useful tendering intelligences.
- Generate Sales Orders from the tendering processes and achieve the assigned Yearly Sales Target.
- Coordinate all sales activities including regular reporting, report all updates of Projects, timely response to all queries, effective and accurate response to market intelligence and development.
- To prepare and coordinate presentations / promotional roadshows, pre-qualification, market survey, approved vendor registration etc in order to secure sales opportunities.
- To identify potential agents, business partners, joint venture, consortium and etc in order to enhance tendering success rate and to secure orders
- To identify any new industries / business segment / product ranges that could enhance the sales order generation
- To handle the preparation / update / enhancement of departmental qualification data & document, marketing material and statutory documents
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 17 years of working experience in sales.
- Sales & marketing experience for process equipment and modules.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Possess insights into the engineering industry, understanding product specifications, and effectively communicating technical details to clients.
Client 2: Client is a media intelligence company that provides a full range of media monitoring services covering print, broadcast and online media.
Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Accountable to achieve given sales revenue target and grow new customer base.
- To explore new opportunities in the market and translate into closed sales.
- Work with relevant team and data provided to define target markets e.g. existing network, inbound enquires, open channels, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.
- Able to manage end-to-end sales cycle.
- Provide consultative sales approach and must understand customer’s requirement and needs.
- Use existing resources to conduct effective sales presentations, RFPs, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team.
- Plan and execute business sales strategy and approach.
- Maintain and manage good relationships with customers.
- To upsell other services and products.
- To provide weekly updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measure improvement
- Updates CRM and tools to ensure sales process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing or similar.
- Experience in Sales across SaaS solutions an advantage.

Position: Sales and Commercial Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the team to achieve business growth.
- Determine winning strategies and target market segmenting and translate them into actionable growth plans.
- Achieve business objectives related to profitability growth margins in the relevant customer market segments.
- Drive the sales team to prospect for opportunities and coach/guide them in closing deals.
- Motivate, lead, and align the sales team to drive the execution of the Group’s strategy.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Responsible for working over the entire project development life cycle, which generally starts from the elicitation of business requirements to the testing and go-live of the system.
- To deliver the functional design specifications to meet the specified business objectives of the project.
- Responsible for coordinating the entire staff indulged in handling the project by preparing and leading the coordination meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documents, procedures, user guides, and business processes.

- Proven track record of covering financial technology systems, multiple ranges of system and software development projects (Saas), and a diverse clientele spanning financial institutions, government-linked companies, the government sector, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in both B2B and B2C domains.
- Possess a strong understanding of IT industry trends and emerging technologies from extensive working experience in the computer and IT industry.
