Client A is a well-known international bank with many branches across Malaysia. We were engaged to search for sales-related positions such as mortgage sales executives, relationship managers and acquisition relationship managers for multiple locations in Malaysia.
Mortgage Sales Executives
Candidates have to source for sales leads and understand the client’s needs for mortgage financing and propose a mortgage loan package. They have to ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in the area of responsibility as well as adherence to bank policies.
Mortgage sales executive is a mass hiring project that has up to 50 vacancies. We were able to shortlist many candidates for the position from our sales talent pool and our access to sales candidates across different industries.
He has more than 7 years of mortgage sales experience and holds a diploma in business management. He is experienced in customer relationship management, communication strategy and negotiation. He successfully achieved monthly mortgage loan target, credit card target and mortgage insurance target.
Relationship Managers (Consumer Banking)
Candidates have to deal with existing clients as well as promote and cross sell wealth solutions and banca to the clients.
The vacancies were across multiple branches in Malaysia. Some locations were smaller cities or towns where available candidates were very limited. Nevertheless, we were able to find candidates by headhunting candidates in those cities or towns. Moreover, we asked for referrals from our network to get as many candidates as possible.
He is a performing Relationship Manager and has more than 5 years of relationship manager (consumer banking) experience and holds a master degree in business management. He is experienced in managing customer relationships and providing financial solutions. He also holds IPPC, FIMM, PRS, PCE, CEILI, TAKAFUL licenses. His industry experiences include banking and insurance.
Relationship Managers (Business Banking)
Candidates have to expand client portfolio size by growing CASA/TD, lending products, AUM, WM Products (FX/BANCA) and Commercial Mortgage. They are to analyse clients’ financial requirements and match with the bank’s product offerings.
We were able to source a lot of candidates for this position, mainly due to our accounting background, access to candidates in business banking and referrals from industry contacts.
She has a few years of relationship manager (business banking) experience and holds a degree in psychology. She is experienced in customer relationship management and financial needs analysis. She had experience in managing more than 70 client portfolios and exceeded her sales goals consistently.
